Kyra Bramble is our Maui resident and she loves to nourish others with her delectable creations. A classically trained chef turned yoga teacher and raw food expert, her style is diverse and ranges from therapeutic live food to vegetarian California-Hawaii fusion.

Booking Inquiries for your Maui Vegan Chef
Kyra lives in Paia, Hawaii on the north shore of Maui, and works as a raw food chef at the famous Ku’au Store on the road to Hana. Bookings are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
Lindsey Kraten, the other half of More Pleaze, lives beachside in San Francisco, California and services all of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Both Kyra and Lindsey love to travel, and seem to have one foot in Hawaii and California at all times. With advance notice they will happily attempt to coordinate travel plans to be compatible with larger booking including catering and workshop opportunities.

We charge $65 an hour plus cost of food. Kama’aina and new client discounts are available.

Kyra created fabulous, fresh, wholesome meals inspired by the bounty of the land. Her joy of preparing food for others, as well as her enthusiasm for sharing her secrets, turned each meal into a celebration. I returned home and began preparing new creations to share with loved ones- starting with my first attempt at chocolate avocado mousse. The mousse exemplifies what is great about Kyra’s creations – simple ingredients plus loving preparation resulting in dishes that are both artistic and satisfying. Kyra will definitely be my top choice as resident chef!
