Being able to book chefs for workshops online or in person allows you a much greater range of chefs to choose from! Whether it’s a pandemic and you want to stay safe at home, or you just prefer to cook in your own kitchen with a virtual class, online offerings widen your options!
Classes can be as interactive as you want! Hands on learning is a great way to better your cooking skills and understanding of a new food. Inquire about hands on cooking classes (as opposed to demos and online courses).
While we are not a fully vegan chef collective, our chefs all are familiar with plant-based offerings, and many clients choose our chefs rather than a large scale caterer because they are plant-based and want a chef who’s food reflects their values.
Our chefs are used to creating custom menus, and many have cross-training in specialty diets, including gluten-free, raw-vegan, paleo Ayurvedic, and more.
It might sound cliché, but our chefs really do provide the best available produce and goods locally. Conscious cooking is a huge part of our platform, and that energy begins with the food source.
